What we collect

Data you give us in the quote form, by email or on WhatsApp: name, email address, company, country, WhatsApp number, a description of the equipment and the files you attach. To protect the form from abuse we keep a one-way hash of your IP address for up to 2 hours.

  • to prepare a quote and take steps at your request before a purchase (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
  • to carry out the purchase and payment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
  • to meet accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR);
  • to protect the form from spam and abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not lead to a purchase: 12 months from the last contact. Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting law requires (5 years from the end of the year of the transaction).

Who receives it

Providers that host this website and our email on our behalf; banks and PayPal when we pay you; courier companies when shipping is arranged. If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) processes that conversation under its own terms.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction, erasure, restriction of processing and a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to quotes@webuyflashdrives.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

We do not read or recover data stored on the equipment. If you cannot wipe the drives yourself, we erase or destroy them before resale or recycling.
